Today I thought I would revisit the Exploring Feelings exercise to practice curiosity.
- More negative than positive.

- Tension throughout my body but particularly in my shoulders and back as if by pushing myself I could actually get done all the things I need to do this week.
- OK. So I’m not feeling great. About a -2. I’m feeling overwhelmed and I know that from the tension in my shoulders and back.
